What handyman services does RJ Works do in Spokane?
We handle small to mid repairs, drywall patches, painting (interior and exterior), cabinet refinishing, tile, flooring, carpentry, trim and baseboards, door and fixture installs, pressure washing, deck and fence staining, ceiling fan installs, grab bars, and age in place safety mods. If it is a home improvement job that fits inside a day to a week, we probably do it.
How much does a handyman cost in the Spokane and CDA area?
Most jobs are billed against a written good faith estimate with change order caps, roughly starting around $70 per hour for time and materials work. Larger projects (repaints, drywall, tile, cabinet refinishing) are quoted as a not to exceed price after an on site walkthrough. Every quote is free, in writing, and no obligation.
What cities do you serve?
Liberty Lake, Spokane Valley, Green Acres, Post Falls, Hayden, Hayden Lake, Rathdrum, and Coeur d'Alene. If you are just outside that radius, call. We still take some jobs outside the core service area.
