How much does a handyman cost in the Spokane and CDA area?
Small time and materials work starts around $70 per hour. Larger projects are quoted with a written good faith estimate. A not to exceed price with change order caps built in.

How soon can you start?
Small handyman jobs often go on the calendar within the same week. Larger projects (painting, drywall, tile) typically schedule 1 to 3 weeks out depending on season.
What paint brands do you use?
Sherwin Williams, Miller Paint, and Rodda Paint for premium finishes. We pick the specific product line based on the surface and use case.
Do you include surface preparation?
Always. Prep is what makes the finish last. Sanding, priming, patching, caulking, and masking are included in every paint job.
Can you help me choose colors?
Yes. Color consultation is included on painting projects with sample boards on site so you see how the color reads under your actual light.
How long does a typical interior repaint take?
A single room typically takes 1 to 2 days. A whole house interior repaint 3 to 7 days depending on prep and how much trim and cabinetry is included.
Do you paint occupied homes?
Yes. The majority of our jobs are in occupied homes. We contain dust and paint fumes, protect floors and furniture, and keep the job site livable overnight.
Do you provide materials?
Yes. Paint, primer, drywall, tile substrate, hardware, and everything else we need. If you have a specific product in mind, we can install it.
Can you do same day or emergency repairs?
Sometimes depending on schedule. Call and we'll be honest about whether we can fit you in that day.
Do you give written estimates for small jobs?
Yes. Even small jobs get a written estimate before we start so there's no confusion at billing time.
